Self lubricating bearings for vertical suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pumps
A self-lubricating bearing is used for a vertical suspended semi submersible vertical turbine pump, which includes an outer rubber sleeve and a self-lubricating inner liner. The outer rubber sleeve forms the outer wall of the bearing, and the lubricating inner liner is coaxially embedded in the outer rubber sleeve to form the self-lubricating inner wall of the bearing. The bearings provided in this scheme are composed of outer rubber sleeves and lubricating inner bushings with different structures and materials inside and outside. The lubricating inner bushings achieve good avoidance and shock absorption of the bearings, while also being able to adapt to water lubrication. They have high strength, are easy to inject, are wear-resistant, and have a low friction coefficient; When cooperating with the transmission shaft, it can allow a certain amount of dry friction for a certain period of time without rapid heating and deformation, effectively solving the problems existing in the existing technology.

The inner wall formed by the lubricating liner always adheres to the surface of the inserted transmission shaft, providing good support for the transmission shaft.
